Dust In The Wind

I've been going through a rough phase in my life as of late but even as the tide continues to grow and try to pull me to the depths of nothingness I continue to fight my way and be atop of my own emotions, even though they get the best of me at times. I've decided to try something new in my life, something that has interested me for years. The Study of Zen, Buddha & other Asian "relaxation" methods they have to keep in touch with themselves and become better human beings. Perhaps I have found another way to channel my emotions now?
